Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Local Delivery (Hong Kong): Standard delivery takes 2-3 business days. Free shipping on orders over HK$1,000. For orders under HK$1,000, a standard shipping fee applies.
Order Tracking: Once your ritual is dispatched, a tracking reference will be provided via email.
Return & Exchange Policy
To maintain the highest standards of hygiene, purity, and clinical safety, we do not accept returns or exchanges for skincare products once they have been dispatched.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our Client Care team within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement promptly to ensure your experience remains exceptional.
